UX Notts is a community of practice group with the aim of connecting UX, Service designers, researchers and consultants. We meet up in person at our bi-monthly events and online in our Slack group to share ideas, learn from each other and build friendships with like-minded professionals in and around the Nottingham area. Elsa is a UX Manager and founder of UX Notts.
She enjoys working with user-centred, creative and flexible organisations that offer a variety of challenges. Elsa started UX Notts in 2014 to create the first Nottingham based event specifically for user experience designers, in 2017 she wanted to create a space for the same community to keep in touch between events and created the UX Notts Slack group.
In addition to user experience, Elsa is passionate about games and play.
Tarnjit is a User Experience Specialist and UX Notts Social organiser.
She established East Midlands UX in Derby which then became part of UX Notts in 2016.
